The Wetherby Silver Band currently has a CD on sale to the general public. Entitled 'Down By The Riverside', the CD commemorates the building of the Millennium Bandstand which is sited by the river Wharfe in Wetherby. A special arrangement of the tune, Down by the Riverside was commissioned by the band for the opening of the bandstand, and was dedicated to our late President Colin Wardman and our current President Bill Gray. It was these two peoples 'millennium project' to build the bandstand, and you can hear the arrangement by David Lancaster on this CD. You can listen to samples of the tracks by clicking on the CD icon to the left of the tracks name.
